Fall Registration

Premier Member Registration begins Mon, Aug 3 at 7am
Standard Member Registration begins Wed, Aug 5 at 7am
Non-resident Registration begins Wed, Aug 12 at 7am

Fall Session runs August 31-November 25.
(No class on 9/5-9/7, 9/11 (after 3 PM), 9/12, 9/20 (after 3 PM), 9/21)

Summer Registration is going on now for June 15-August 1! (No Class: 7/3, 7/4)

Important Registration Information:

• To register for programs, you must have a Club Pickle & Padel account or membership.
• All participants wishing to sign up for 2.5 and above must be evaluated PRIOR to registering. To sign up for an evaluation, please contact us at 847.579.4200
• Note: you will only see beginner programs (Levels 1.0 and 2.0) in the calendar to below. To view and register for programs for your designated rating, please log in or use the Club Pickle & Padel app.

Adult Drills

Designed to improve each specific level. Each class includes time to play matches as well.

Adult Leagues

Rules:

1. No Byes – All players registered are expected to attend each week’s session.
2. Play to 11 win by 1; 4 games total each league day. 
3. If you are unable to participate, you MUST find a replacement at that same designated skill level. 
4. No make-ups for missed league days.

Program Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds must be requested at least one day before the session start date (Note: One-day or special events must be requested at least 10 days before the event start date). Refunds requested on or after the session start date will not be honored.
2. A $10 service fee per program, per person is assessed if the refund is requested the Sunday before the session begins. Refunds once the session begins will not be honored.
3. A full refund will be issued if a Park District class is canceled due to lack of enrollment.
4. Open Play must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance in order to be used for another open play in the future. No credits or refunds provided if cancelled within 24 hours of program. 
5. Registration and the applicable payment are non-transferable between individuals.
6. We do our best to issue refunds as soon as possible, but sometimes delays are necessary to ensure accuracy. A refund to your charge card may be processed within 3 business days; however, the credit may not appear on your statement until the next billing cycle.
